Booking your first session
Most venues use online booking systems. Beginners often start with a coached group session or an intro class, which includes rackets and balls. Turn up in comfortable sports clothing and trainers if you do not yet have padel shoes.
Tips for your first visit
- Arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coach and warm up.
- Ask if rackets are included or available to hire.
- Play doubles with others at a similar level.
